Hank & Jojo Giveaway

by Elisabeth Wilborn on February 4, 2011

I actually remember the moment I first laid eyes on Hank & Jojo socks at Mini Jake.  Stripey tube socks, rolled up into a shiny miniature metal lunchbox.  What could be cuter?  My daughters had to have them.

Picture this: white tank top, American Apparel terry shorts and a pair of checkered vans, with tube socks.  What an awesomely comfortable retro look for summer.

Andriana Caradimitropoulo Spence started Hank & Jojo in 2008 committed to eco friendly practices.  These socks are made from bamboo, the world’s most sustainable agricultural product.  They are naturally antimicrobial and protect those legs from the sun too.  The dyes are AZO free, and the packaging is non toxic and recyclable, though you’re going to want to keep the box.  Cool, huh?  Bonus:  they make diaper changing a breeze.  Andy is a local Brooklyn mama.  Her girls, Jojo and Ronnie, are about the same age as mine.  That’s Jojo in the red tutu, and Ronnie modeling below.

Today we’re giving away a pair box of 4 pairs of infant (0-3 months) or baby (3-18 months) socks to one lucky winner.  Just enter a comment below and tell us what shoes you would put with your Hank and Jojos.  Could be anything!  Feel free to be creative, the winner will be chosen at random via random.org after 11:59 pm Friday, 2/11.

LOVE these! We have some vintage sneakers that would look perfect with these! I also have a Minnesota North Stars onesie that my mom saved — I wore it as a baby. How is that for authentic? I have fond memories of wearing these socks, too……so it would be really fun to see them again (and send pics of the whole outfit to my entire family!) Thanks for the chance. =)

I’ve been collecting fun onesies and rompers since before I found out I was pregnant. My little girl is due in July & these little Hank & JoJo’s would nicely accompany most of her wardrobe!
